Macbeth Appearance vs Reality           The way people act on the outside(a) and who they really are on the insidemay be deuce totally different things.  Some may change because they feel theydont belong in. Others pretend to be something they truly arent.  No matter whichway you saying at it, if you try to act like someone your not, the truth leave behindalways appear in the end.  That is exactly what happened in WilliamShakespeares play, MacBeth.  Banquo, MacBeth, and Lady MacBeth severally project animage, precisely as time passes. The realities of their dependable personalities begin toemerge.         As an honorable man, Banqou tends to hold back his true feelings inorder not to offend others around him.  At one point in the play, Banqou andMacBeth square up themselves in the presence of three weird sisters who make three smashed predictions.  MacBeth leans toward believing t hem while Banqou says, Andoftentimes, to win us to do our harm, the instruments of darkness tells ustruths, win us with honest trifles, to betrays in deepest consequence. (Act I,Scene 3)  A thoughtful yet skeptical Banquo speaks his words here very carefullyto MacBeth in order to remain honorable.  He doesnt want to come chastise out andtell MacBeth to be cautious in his actions, so he tries to soften his words sothat MacBeth might contemplate his future movements.  However, MacBeth does nottake heed of Banquos warnings.
